The Barn Centre

At our Barn Centre site we run a full programme of day activities which are agreed in consultation with individuals and groups.

These are designed to encourage personal development and acquisition of new skills and include:

  • Art and crafts
  • Animal Kingdom
  • Spirituality and faith
  • Literacy
  • Communication skills
  • Music and Dance
  • Computer skills
  • Drama

Gardening and activities

In addition to the day centre, there are three acres of horticultural land with a 6 metre greenhouse providing for gardening and other activities.

The day services are accessed by individuals living in the local community, as well as the individuals living in our own residential and supported living settings.

This offers opportunities to develop friendships and relationships outside the homes.
