Flats 1 and 2 Magnolia Cottages have been purpose-built at our London Road site to provide supported living accommodation for two individuals.
Flat 1 is a one-bedroomed unit intended for an individual with relatively low support needs
Flat 2 is a two-bedroomed unit allowing for staff to sleep in overnight and therefore providing 24 hour support for the individual living here.
Both units have been finished to a high standard.
